Starters
Roast celeriac soup, crispy sage, toasted hazelnuts, and sourdough croutons.
Hot and cold-smoked salmon, beetroot, horseradish cream, and pickled cucumber
Confit duck leg croquette, cherry ketchup, and watercress.
Mains
Traditional roast turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, bread sauce, and proper gravy.
Slow-cooked beef cheek, horseradish mash, winter greens, and red wine jus.
Butternut squash, spinach and chestnut wellington, wild mushroom gravy, roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, and all the trimmings.
Roast cod loin, brown shrimp and lemon butter, new potatoes, and samphire.
Desserts
Christmas pudding, brandy butter and custard.
Sticky toffee pudding and salted caramel ice cream.
Dark chocolate and black cherry tart served with crème fraîche.
Cheese board for the table (optional extra £8.50)
