Located in the heart of Wensleydale, Redmire is one of the most picturesque villages in Yorkshire.
It is a hidden rural gem nestled in the shadow of Bolton Castle and Penn Hill, just a comfortable ramble away from Aysgarth Falls, as well as the locals' favorites of Redmire Force and the Norman church of St. Mary's.
The Redmire Village Pub has been welcoming the muddy boots of visitors, villagers, farmers, gamekeepers, and the muddy paws of their dogs since the 1750s. Our friendly local staff take pride in continuing that long tradition of hospitality.
